How to upgrade firmware for HN-3208SR Barcode Scanner

1.Install the firmware burner tool (Phoenix Suit) in your computer.

2.Open the tool, select the related firmware.

3.Keep pressing the scanner button and then insert the USB cable to the computer.

ATTENTION:

(1) Please don’t release the button until you see the page shown as below.

(2) Don’t connect the scanner with your computer before installing the tool. And you are allowed to insert the USB cable only after the firmware is selected.

4.Choose“No”to upgrade the firmware.

5.Firmware update is completed when you see the below page.

6.When finished, please uninstall the firmware burner tool and delete it from your computer. Otherwise, it may invalidate the scanner.
